Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, I spent a significant period of time in the Information Technology industry. My time in IT was a deciding factor in choosing to specialise in Intellectual Property (IP) as my career in law. I use my background to enhance my legal services and find it saves my clients time and expense. 
As well as digital creatives and musicians, I represent clients who are involved in the online sector, including software licensees and licensors, and those wanting to protect and enforce contractual and intellectual property rights. My adoption of technology allows me to manage my workload more efficiently. Coupled with my Lexcel accredited work flows, this makes a powerful mix.
A modern day solicitor is more than just a suit who can use e-mail. My approach and understanding of fast-moving technology gives me relevant expertise and experience to provide legal advice, ensuring my clients are able to meet the demanding challenges of business in the 21st century.
